1-2-1 Fitness will also address diet and nutrition plans. Your devised plan will be based on portion control and the foods you enjoy. Initially, each client keeps a food journal for a minimum of one week and discusses where changes may be made. Once we define areas of weakness, the client and trainer will discuss viable options to help improve the client’s current eating habits. In addition, we will also supply RDA approved sample diets as guidelines to follow. Once the client is able to sustain their current food plan and is generating results, using a software program that is RDA approved, we can fine tune the client’s eating style for greater results.
