
Boot Camp/Group Fitness – $20/session
Group Training is a new service that we are proud to offer both to our new and existing
clients. These classes will be limited in size, with a minimum of 10 participants
and a maximum of 16. Keeping this class relatively small in size will allow us to
provide the premium one-on-one service that we take such pride in.
Classes are scheduled in 4 week intervals, however if you choose to purchase 2 sessions
back-to-back (8 weeks) you will receive a discounted rate. Each workout will consist
of a 5 minute warm-up, 45 minutes of exercise, and a 5 minute cool-down (may vary).
In joining our Group Fitness program, you will have the chance to be a part of a
team that works towards attaining certain fitness goals. Not only is this a great
way to meet new people, but it will also aid you in achieving your fitness goals
in a fun and efficient manner. Our classes offer varied workouts in order to avoid
the pitfalls of stale gym routines. Working out is never easy, but it can be fun,
and in this environment, we believe success is inevitable.
The types of activities involved are: Body Weight Resistance, Light Dumbbell Work,
Cardio-respiratory Training, Isometric Exercises, Group Involvement, Partner Exercises,
Core, Calisthenics, and lots of other activities.
