personal fitness, in that our trainers visit our clients at their homes and places
of business. We offer our clients personal training, fitness assessments, fitness
programs, food intake assessment, goal coaching, health screening assessments, and
specialized corporate lectures. Perhaps most unique about 1-2-1 Fitness is that
we supply all necessary fitness equipment to our clients. Unlike in traditional
fitness or medical facilities, the way we do business allows for a 100% focused
and personalized training session, all at a cost that is far less than you would
find any comparable service.
Philosophy
We believe that being a great personal trainer consists
of more than just demanding a tough workout from our clients. It is about building
a relationship with a client that encompasses trust, integrity, accountability,
and realizing the potential in a client - and these are values and goals that our
trainers personally strive for. 1-2-1 trainers utilize their knowledge, education,
experience, and commitment to health and fitness to ensure that their clients meet
their own personal goals and objectives.
As is the case within most industries, sometimes what you see is not always what
you get. Many trainers are young and inexperienced, or just poorly or improperly
educated. Not only is this deceiving for a paying customer, but at times, it can
be harmful to your health. Due to the Internet and the popularity of online courses
that can be found by the hundreds, there are a great number of "certified" trainers
in the field today but, they lack the knowledge and education necessary to be truly
beneficial to the client. While there are indeed some notable organizations that
do offer valid certifications, at 1-2-1 Fitness, it is our belief that extensive
knowledge in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology provides the best foundation for
a successful and valuable trainer. A solid educational background coupled with years
of experience in the field, is what makes the difference between ordinary and extraordinary,
and 1-2-1 Fitness strives to be far from mediocre.
